Charges will be applied at the time of cancellation or the completion of the trip. <em>Airplanes are not reserved for tentative trips<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-225-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-225-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-225-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h4>Pilot Fees<\/h4>\n<p>The pilot\u2019s time associated with each charter flight will be charged at the applicable rates for each pilot. For overnight trips, pilot service ends at 6pm and begins at 7am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-225-2-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-225-2-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h4>Misc Charges<\/h4>\n<p>All landing, hanger, handling fees, or any other expenses necessary in relating to the flight will be billed to the customer.
